I finally found a Boombox that will pick up FM stations in my steel framed home shop. Small footprint, decent sound, a CD player and Aux port make this a perfect unit for my use.I also greatly appreciate them supporting Folds of Honor.

This review is for the 'GPX, Inc. Portable Top-Loading CD Boombox with AM/FM Radio and 3.5mm Line In for MP3 Device - Red'. The compact size is great for traveling (if so choose). There were a few key features that the boobox lacked:1) You cannot program radio stations. That would have been helpful for those who listen to various stations. There is a Program feature - however, it only works for the CDs (which I found quite odd). I included image of those instructions.2) The radio tuning knob (on the top right of the radio) is very sensitive. You have to turn the knob extremely slow as it moves from station to station quite rapidly.Overall, the boombox is decent - for the price paid (less than $30).

Item only worked for 13 days. The AM and FM radio just make a buzzing sound, and the cd player works intermittently. A piece of junk.

This item states it has a headphone jack which is why I wanted it. To listen to music without disturbing anyone. Mine does not have a headphone jack.Very disappointing. If their description is incorrect it should be changed.

It's true that the digital age is upon us, and CDs are not exactly as popular as they once were. However, some of us still have huge CD libraries. I have one of these CD players which is 3 years old and still running. So when another CD player I had broke, I ordered one of these without hesitation.PROS (1) Affordable. (2) Surprisingly attractive design. (3) Plays CDs very well. (Including burned from laptop CDs) (4) Surprisingly powerful for such a tiny machine. Don't ask ne how it fills such a large room. But it DOES! (5) Because it's small, it's easy to find a spot for.(6) Unlike some brands, there is plenty of room to get the cd in and out without having to play surgeon.CONS (1) Kind of a minor issue, but worth mentioning. When you open the bottom (to get the power cord out), you may find it's not so easy to snap the bottom back on. This obviously doesn't stop you from using the radio or CD player. But it is a strange con.FINAL ANALYSIS What's not to like? It's an affordable price; it has an attractive design; it's easy to find a place for; and it's surprisingly powerful. I can recommend this without reservation. BUY AND ENJOY!

It works only on 120 volts .On seeing that I did not venture to connect to 220 volts AC mains.Don't buy .Total cheating by Amazon to see products not compatible for use in India.There is no chance to return as the return window was closed before delivery .Unable to use and return.Waste of ₹7800😡😡😡
