Can spend nearly double on similar tool which will work the same. I did.This one came with no instructions, but using it is straight forward enough. What you need to know is that is must be extended enough to make contact between the piston and caliper body before the ratcheting action kicks in. Once you do this, tool will easily ratchet to compress the piston (or pistons) in to the caliper body fully.Overall decent design, unless you’re doing disc brake jobs regularly, should be sufficient for the home mechanic.
