This is an excellent little grease trap cover. No reason to spend more for a name brand. This still lets the grease/oil down into the grease trap but saves the food from being pushed into the grease trap as well. Simple to clean just use warm water and dish soap. It fits my 36†blackstone and appears to be stainless steel. Very durable and just sits on the back ledge of the griddle and slide it over as needed.

This is a little large, but should do the trick. It does not seat fully onto the grill, so you have to adjust it for it to work. I did not look to see if there are options to fit different grills.

Great product. Keeps the items on the griddle from 'escaping' out the grease hole. Nice construction and quality. If you own a Blackstone Griddle (or another brand) that had a grease trap in the back, you will want one of these. Definitely recommend.

Stop food from being drop out of flat top but excess fluid will run out and drop in the trap.

The product does exactly what it is designed to do. Fits easy on my Blackstone griddle, and it is easy to slide.The only potential problem (depending on your Blackstone griddle type) is if you have a rear grease trap that also hangs on the griddle were the gate is located. In this case, the grease gate will not fit over the hanging trap. So you can't use both at the same time.If you're using the gate, you will need something else to catch the grease below it. It's the only reason I rated it 3-star, because this incompatibility was not clear in the description when I purchased it.
