Needs a better locking mechanism then that the velcro for storage. But otherwise this thing is a hero tool.

Not sure why i waited so long to get this, but it paid for itself on day one. This device can go over ceiling grid and rafters much better than glow rods. I used it to get over an obstructed area that a cable caster nor 6 connected fiberglass rods could not. This is a great addition to my cabling bag of tricks. my only gripe is the weak velcro that is supposed to keep it from expanding, but that is an easy fix with longer velcro.

Although it is smaller than the big brother, an 18ft push pole gets the job done just as well. The price for this 18' pole was about $20 less than local "Grbar" shops and online from various suppliers.

This single tool enabled me to turn a number of two-man jobs into single-person jobs. While I can't charge as much per hour for only 1 technician, I DO get to keep a bigger piece of the pie (all of it) when I pull cable myself, using this bad boy.
