This kit includes basic tools to clean a griddle. There is a functional scraper, holders for scrub pads and pumice stones, a supply of scrub pads, and a couple of pumice stones. All are of decent quality and functional. The kit also contains a silicone tool organizer mat that can be used to hold spatulas, scrapers, or tongs while cooking. The mat and scraper will likely see frequent use, and the scrubbers and pumice stones are nice to have. Four stars as the price is currently a little high for what you get.Please note: We are using this with a recteq griddle and not a Blackstone. If you have a non-Blackstone griddle, this WILL work for you, as long as you have a spot to set the silicone mat.

Got this for our Blackstone and my husband is so happy with this cleaning set!! All the tools are very well made and makes for a happy chef at the end of the evening!

I am a sous chef in a restaurant. About half of what we serve is cooked on grills. We have two and they are both 9 square feet. We have to clean them every night. We cook over a thousand items on each of the grills every day. So this is a heavy duty commercial kitchen.That is where I tested this kit.It worked OK in general. It did get the job done. But this kit took about twice as long and took more effort than other methods we have employed to get our grills clean. I cannot recommend this kit for commercial purposes for that reason and that the cleaning materials will wear out too quickly. In a commercial setting the scouring pads would wear out and have to be replaced weekly. The scraper is OK but just too flimsy for commercial use. In the kitchen we would have no use for the silicone mat. For me the most useful part were the cleaning bricks which we really don't use normally. But they are useful in taking down the little bumps you get when poorly trained people beat on the grill with a commercial spatula. So I will use them for occasional reconditioning of the surface but you can get the bricks separately without having to buy a whole kit. Again, for commercial kitchens I can't recommend the kit other than the bricks.For home use this is an excellent kit. In fact I would say it is almost perfect. If you only use your home griddle once or twice a day then this is really the only kit you will ever need. The scouring pads will probably last you months and the bricks will last you a lifetime. I highly recommend this for home use. So that is why I give it the five stars. I just want to reiterate that this is a home use kit and not a commercial kit in my professional opinion.

I purchased this with some trepidation but thought it was too great a deal no matter if I could use all the items or not.I don't have griddle, I have a grill so I thought that perhaps the pumice stones might be wasted. After reading up on things online I found that I needn't have worried. I can, and have used the pumice stones on my ceramic grill grates with great success. I just know that I don't need to go all macho man with it, LOL. It cleans off the most burnt on items with ease. Anything left over the scouring pads can handle with aplomb.The included silicone tool mat is a MUCH needed item. I was tired of having to make sure everything was grease free after every meal and before the grill was covered and put away. With this, it's just a matter of taking the silicone mat inside and washing it with the rest of the dishes. It keeps the side tray clean as a whistle and ready for the next meal.This kit included enough supplies that I could probably go most of the grilling season without having to buy more.If you have a grill, or even a griddle, then you need this.A+++++

This kit is a great first stop for all the tools you will need to go along with a large griddle. The scrapper is heavy and has a strong edge, making cleanup easier than ever. I haven used the stones yet but the scrubbers work well. I don't see myself utilizing the silicone mat, and wished they would have provided a griddle cover, but it is a nice addition for anyone who wants one.
