I like it. The silicone in this tray is not as thick as the silicone in the griddle covers but it doesn't have to be. It folds easily for storage and opens into form when placed on a countertop or shelf. It can be used in any environment - indoors or outdoors. Tonight, I used it when cooking pork chops, chicken, slow cooker beans, tortillas, macaroni salad, mashed potatoes, hot sauce, and chips. There was a place for every stir spoon, oversized meat fork, basting brush, mixing utensils and tongs necessary to complete the cooking. Grease running off a spatula did not end up on my countertop. It fits most grills/griddles with a side tray. It's large - 16 x 11.5 - and can handle a stack of utensils. This is truly a versatile tool that will work in nearly every cooking environment.
