I purchased this to complete my Ninja 700 series outdoor cooking station and am pleased wit the function. This plate gives 100% contact with whatever you are cooking and is a bit hotter for that reason over the factory included grill. Although it is claimed wood smoke flavors will not adhere to the meats when curing or greasing the plate, I cured this one as a person would a cast iron skillet for non sticking purposes and easier cleaning. The included coating would probably suffice but I am old fashioned for cooking utensils so cured it anyway. It cleans in minutes, with Dawn dish soap. I used it twice so far for pizzas, using the 450*-500* grill setting with great success. Pizza is done in about 7 minutes, nice on the bottom crust.

This griddle plate is more heavy duty than the original one that came with our Woodfire Grill; worked awesome for our last camping trip for eggs & bacon, stir fry veggies & heating tortillas for fajitas. We do all of our meals on our Woodfire Grill when camping. This griddle definitely is a keeper!

Griddle plate fit perfect and is easy to clean. I have a blackstone, but this is so much easier when doing smaller amounts.

So much easier to clean than the grill- I use it under a rack when smoking meats to make clean up easier. Worked great when the stove went out to cook eggs and bacon!

Love the grill and love this insert. Perfect for making smash burgers and I've even used it for pizza. Cleans up really well and heats evenly.
