Awesome Griddle! This would cost $400+ if you were to have it made. Some people had quality issues, most of them are because of the way stainless is too fabricate with and at this price point you cannot afford gray quality control BUT with GREAT customer service and an easy Amazon return process just enjoy your savings and all for a new one of yours isn't perfect.FINALLY a griddle that functions like a restaurant flat top grill. For the price you cannot make anything this nice. It is not perfect, but it is fully sealed so all the grease goes in the catch pan (lots of welding that is finished well) I was wondering how or if that would be an issue since I am a metal fabricator by trade and knows the cost and labor to make something like this. They found the perfect balance of quality. Too bad they had TERRIBLE marketing people so I could have found this 10 years ago.

I was concerned if this would be big enough as it covers half the grill. The size is just right for cooking for 2-3 people at a time. It’s very heavy for its size. The stainless steel cleans up easy & no stains left so far. Very happy with my purchase.

This Little Griddle Q is fantastic. It was an absolutely life saver for a BBQ I threw for my family and friends (approximately 85 people). The burgers came out fantastic using a cheese melting dome. I also prepared some chicken patties and they turned out great as well. I was able to make 4 larger burgers at a time.Once you get the grill make sure you wash it thoroughly with water and dish soap. After cleaning and drying well; I would chop a whole onion and fry it with either vegetable or olive oil to break in the griddle. DO NOT EAT THW FIRST TIME YOU USE IT (that's why I used the onion). The rationale is that once used, the metallic and new smell of metal subsides. When using the griddle always keep in mind to have too with oil or spray oil such as PAM because the griddle gets very hot easily even on low temps; tends to create dark spots on the cooking surface. Two flaws I found but maybe specific to my grill setups are: (1) always seems like the front surface (maybe 3-4 inches) from the oil and debris gutter seems to be less hot than towards the rear of the cooking surface. I though it maybe due to the design of my CharBroil gas grill- but no does the same thing on my neighbors Weber gas grill. (2) the handles are to high and my grill dome-door does not close because my grill has a second smaller bread & corn warming rack.Aside from all the small imperfections, this is a GREAT BUY. Maybe a bit pricey but worth it. The griddle is solid and very well constructed. Very heavy.

I first wanted a flat top grill when watching cooks make sandwiches at Primanti's and then again after seeing breakfast being made at a diner. I finally came across this terrific griddle. It takes some time to learn how it heats with your grill, but once you learn you're good to go. Great for cooking smash burgers and even better for breakfast. There's just something better about breakfast when you have eggs, home fries, and bacon all going on the same cook surface. Cleaning is easy for the most part, but I do find the corners a bit challenging. What's great about this griddle is you can have the flat top cooking experience and then just go back to your grill whenever you want. Definitely worth the investment.

What a great addition to the outdoor grill. It gives more options. Was going to buy a separate griddle but based on reviews gave this a try.It works great. Maybe too well as I quickly decided to get the larger one for bigger gatherings. This one fits well on my side burners so I can net out more than 36" of griddle if that night meal called for.Thick steel. Well constructed. I recommend.

I bought this instead of a cast iron griddle for grilling. Stainless made the most sense since you don't have to baby it the same way you do cast iron. This griddle had a lot of promise, and it delivered on some of it, but completely failed on other parts. The good:This thing heats as evenly as your grill. It won't heat more evenly than your grill does (and that's okay) and it's not clear if any of their designs for even heating can take credit for this, but most importantly, what you know of your grill's hot and cold zones for each burner will translate nicely to cooking with this.So far it takes a beating like you expect from stainless steel. It's beyond me why people prefer cast iron given how you have to coddle it to keep it in peak cooking form, but that's a separate issue for a separate time. This griddle, however, behaves like a griddle should. You can leave it outside, on the cooktop, under the grill, etc and it will be ready to cook or clean when you get around to it.The bad:One of the draws to this was the so-called "removable handles." In looking at the photos you would think that means the handles are easily attached and detatched to make carrying and moving this thing easy. Nope. The handles are actually bolted on - a step you have to complete yourself - and really negate any value truly removable handles might provide. So while technically speaking these are removable, they aren't removable in any practical sense.Cleaning this thing is a real pain. Some of that is bulk, which you would expect from something this size. But some of that is the angles that stuff falls into, rivet ridges, and some unnecessary engraving at the back of the griddle. I don't know what they were thinking when they designed this thing, but to get it truly clean requires similar effort and attention to detail as detailing your car.Generally speaking I am satisfied with the performance but it didn't deliver on its most important promises, so I am having a hard time in seeing the value here.
