Works great with my 22 inch Weber kettle premium. The fit is perfect and you’ll need to use the maximum adjustment for the 22 inch grill. Assembly was easy - you’ll need a Phillips head screwdriver, an adjustable wrench and a socket set. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. I wanted a Weber performer, but already had the grill and this was a cost-effective solution.

I originally bought this for the extra space next to the grill. A nice surprise that I have noticed is I am less worried about the grill toppling over while I balanced it on 2 wheels and held the third leg in the air while moving it around. Not only does this give me a lot of space (which everyone knows there is none when you get a weber kettle) but it also gives me a more solid platform with 4 wheels so I no longer worry about tipping the grill over when moving it out from under the patio and back. No one wants to clean up old charcoal off the pool deck. It takes some time to build, but if you take your time and go step by step with the instructions you will be done in no time (about 2 hours or more depending how good at building things). After you are done you will love the work space for prep that you now have. I no longer get BBQ sauce on the patio table, it stays clean. All my mess is on my BBQ table and I love it because I'm messy. I hate having to clean the table all the time. But its great now as I can keep my mess at the BBQ stand. I don't mind cleaning it and it keeps the peace with other members of the house by not making a sticky bbq sauce mess on the table just before eating. This is a great upgrade for a 22.5 weber grill. I have had my weber grill for over 20 years and I wish I did this upgrade and got rid of the tripod legs long ago. If you have a weber grill I highly recommend you ditch the tripod legs/wheels for more space and a sturdier platform. You will love it too I bet.

The cart is very well made and is very solid when assembled. Everything fits together nice and tight. The instructions were clear and the parts are well labeled. There are 2 issues that kept me from giving this item a full 5 star rating. As info, I use this with a 22" Weber kettle grill (also new).First issue - I could not get all three screws on the end with the handle (see the pic). The bottom hole on the metal panel does not align with the cart. I had someone helping me to try to get it aligned and we could not do it. However, even without this screw the cart is quite solid. So, a minor ding for this. The second issue is the supports for the grill. For a 22" grill the metal supports on the side stick out over the edge of the cart. They aren't sharp but this is kind of crappy design and I'm going to use some paint on material that creates a rubbery covering to help prevent scrapes. Also, I actually had to loosen the center support (gray bars, midway down across the ends) to get the grill to slide in all the way. That grill ain't goin' nowhere baby, it is seriously wedged into that cart. Again - the card is rock solid. The manufacturer should either provide 2 different sizes of supports or find a better way to handle the larger grills. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the cart. I would say it is definitely worth the money.

I used the grill table during the Super Bowl, and it is definitely a plus addition to my grilling. Not too complicated to assemble, and it easily facilitates grilling. The only negative is the cover that was sent with it is unusable because it doesn't fit the assembled cart.

Very nice cart, if you already have a Weber kettle you might think about converting It's way cheaper than buying a Weber Perfomer, $180 vs $500. Assembly is pretty easy, screwdriver and a pair of pliers. Instructions are easy to follow, everything fits, some parts you have to leave a little lose to get them to line up, for the most part it's pretty easy. One reviewer said he needed washers on the front coasters to make them even, I didn't have that problem, I needed a couple washers to tighten the nut, not a lot of space for the wrench. The ash ring gets in the way of the catcher didn't use, I have a 22 inch maybe it works with the 18. Not using the little trash can, kinda small, condiment basket not using, it's in the way for me. I'll probably cut the handles off later, the hardest thing is taking the old legs off...hahaha. I like the cart and very much recommended it.

So I jumped first and bought this thing so I'll write the first review. It does everything as advertised. Its a substitute for the performer deluxe. It has an extra paper towel holder a basket and a few extra hooks on both sides the performer deluxe doesn't have. No ignition system but everything else is the same as a deluxe. The cart is sturdy and can be moved easily. It works well for its purpose and all the parts won't rust outside. It comes in 35 pieces so assembly though simple enough is just long, like 4-5 hours long. The true review is the cost vs the performer deluxePerformer deluxe cost $499, I don't know if you get the charcoal baskets but I'm guessing you do so its included in this price.-------------------------------------Total cost of my setup is as followsGot a good deal on Weber 22 inch premium for $190 normally $220 to $240The cart cost me $170 with amazon $50 coupon (not there anymore) normal cost $220Charcoal baskets cost me $26Total cost $386 for me vs $499 for performer deluxe. In the end it was worth it for me but if you are looking at regular price costs it is $466 for my setup vs $500 for the performer deluxe. If I didn't get the discount I would probably have gone with the performer deluxe.

Table was easy to assemble and looks good but it was missing the axle rod. The installation manual says to email them if part missing, but could not find an email address.
