Made absolutely no difference in the buzzing sound of the audio receive I have. I tried it at different connection points and it did not made one bit of difference. Look elsewhere. This item was returned!

It worked to remove the ground noise! Success seemed to depend where in chain I added the device so I recommend experimenting. Not bad for the price. I’m sure more complex ground noise issues may require something more expensive but this worked for me

Coming from my amplifier to my studio monitors the noise floor is the same. Still there with no change in volume
