I asked for this mat as a birthday present hoping it would do what it advertised. I could not have been more surprised at how good I felt after the first night. For at least 6 months I had neck and shoulder pain. Couldn’t go to the chiro as I have cervical stenosis. After the first night my neck and shoulder pain were gone!! And I mean gone!! I have such faith in the product that I bought one for each of my daughters and my boyfriend. I’m sure I’ve driven my coworkers mad touting the benefits of this amazing mat. I’m sleeping better and feel great! The only thing I wish is that I had known about this grounding mat earlier.The set up couldn’t be easier. Put it on the bed, it has elastic to hole it to the mattress, and plug it in to the ground at the receptacle. It works best on top of the sheet but I started out with it under the sheet.I definitely recommend it for anyone who has inflammation and pain. It has a bunch of benefits but I can’t name them all. Just try it.

Great product!!! I have been using grounding pads for a little over a year now. I decided to to try this larger pad out and I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was and how well it helped me ground.My wife and I started grounding when she started having MS symptoms and the Drs we visited were of no real help. Since grounding and cutting out processed foods she hasn’t had any more episodes.For people new to grounding what you will notice is that you will sleep better and if you wake up in the middle of the night it will be much easier to fall back asleep. You will also notice better circulation ex. If your arm goes numb because you slept on it wrong if you touch the pad blood will flow back within seconds. Guys will notice morning wood( unless there is a medical condition. Just remember this pad goes over your bed cover not under it so that you can have the most contact with it. Anyway I am very happy with my purchase.

Product was easy to set up. Don't even notice it is there. Have been using for a few weeks now and already seem to be sleeping better.

Para las personas que vivimos en tierra caliente este producto es muy caluroso, pues está hecho en cuero o cuerna, no se muy bien, y cuando duermes asà tengas el aire acondicionado prendido, tus piernas te sudan. No se si funciona para lo que describe porque solo lo aguanté una semana. Además para verificar que en mi apartamento el plo a tierra si esté sirviendo bien debo tener un aparato cuyo nombre no se muy bien, pero lo dice en la descripción, y no lo tengo y de esto depende que la esterilla funcione bien, entonces no sabrÃa si cumple las funciones recomendadas.

I really like this product. I sent it back and bought the fitted sheet. I got tired of adjusting this. I have an adjustable bed, and needed the fitted sheet to work well with my adjustable bed. I had no hip, back, shoulder, knee or ankle pain at all when I used this. My blood sugars went down as well... I didn't expect that! Also my blood pressures are much better. I slept though the night and would tell anyone thinking of buying one to get it!

I could feel a difference right away. It made me relaxed and tired, and I even notice a spike in my sex drive while using it. I like this one better than the full sheets because you can take it off easily and use it on the couch or wherever you want to.Also it's comfortable. I was worried the mat might annoy me at night resting on top of my sheets, but it doesn't. It's soft, and just puts me to sleep.Well worth it!! Recommended.

I have really enjoyed this grounding mat. I have a lot less back pain and a much better quality of sleep since buying it. It was a good price. I actually have a queen bed, but I bought the king sheet . It still works out well I can tighten it up to fit my bed easily.

At eighty years old (yikes!) I have a number of 'accumulated health issues', so it's difficult to connect the dots & claim any miraculous improvements in the 2 months since I purchased the bed mat. However, I'd have to say that I now wake up in the mornings feeling less tired and a lot more 'functional' than previously. It's certainly doesn't cause any discomfort under my bedsheet so I'm keen to keep using it with hopes of achieving more gradual health improvements over time. Watch this space!

Easy to fit over mattress. Product has helped me fall asleep faster and have better quality of sleep.
