When I first received my package I was taken back because I wasn’t expecting to receive such a large box. Even the packaging on the inside was 2-3x bigger than what you get when you purchase in store. After opening the manufacturing package there was a plastic cover on it similar to the vacuum sealed bags but it wasn’t compressed. I had to open the package to see if i mistakenly received the wrong size because it looked like a queen when I ordered a Twin XL for my child’s college dorm. Nope-it was the correct size, but it was super fluffy, soft, and super amazing quality. It looked more like a down topper type of quality. I was super impressed by it and the price. Would 100% recommend this purchase!!!

Great quality mattress protector and the price is great also. It’s not noisy neither. Tried other ones made with terry fabrics which were too thin and made too much noise. Bought 2 king size ones before and just bought 2 queen size ones.

this fits my queen bed nicely, and the top is soft,, the quilted pockets feel like they were barely filled with anything which i guess is how it needs to be,, the bottom part looks like a very thin sheet of plastic which doesnt look like it will hold up after washing but we shall see,, this does make some noise when you move around on the bed,, not super loud but my last one made 0 noise, this one does for sure...

Mattress protection works as expected. It's soft, not crinkly, and is nice and deep to wrap all the way under my pillow top mattress on all sides. Washed I'm a normal top load washer, spun twice, dried quickly on low heat in dryer, and finished air drying quickly.

I ordered 2 twin mattress protectors. One was shrink wrapped and the other was not, leading me to question why there was a difference. I examined both and found nothing wrong, so decided to keep both. They washed well (followed instructions given). These are water resistant, not waterproof. Also, they are protectors -- not designed to be a pillow top although they are very soft. Since I have not slept on this protector, I don't know if they are noisy. However, while handling/washing I did not notice any noise/crackling. I will update if I find that to be a problem. As of now, I would recommend and purchase again.
