A single page is pretty thick so it’s hard to tuck behind the pad. Must rip out page to move onto the next. As a high volume server who would get seated triple or sat 4 tables at a time it was not efficient to use. Found myself making loads of mistakes because I ripped out the pages instead of being able to flip the pages. When is slow, the pads are perfect and I can use front and back to get a bang for my buck. Gave the pads away to my coworkers
