Not only did this work perfect for the trumpet, it boosted his confidence. It has great screen, it's accurate, the Metrodome was easy to use. It comes with charge cord, no battery is nice. Definitely worth it

The buttons do buzz with some frequencies because they are not very secure, the screen does not do well in direct sunlight, and I have a habit of ripping the plastic from the rod it is magnetically attached to when orienting it right-side-up.That said, it is an amazing tuner with way more features that I will ever use. Being rechargeable is a huge plus, even it is a micro USB. The note you are playing is very clear, and so are the corrections you have to make.After months of use, the only complaint is than, on startup, the screen seems to 'warm up' for a few seconds before reaching its full brightness. Also, don't drop it into sand because it is a pain to remove magnetic material from the back of this thing.

What a tuner!~!!! BIG- readable- looks like early 1970's 'bubble graphics'!Tunes fast and easy.Re-chargeable thru usb cord included.Hinge opens wide. Magnet holds tuner face- a bit heavier but so cool.Forget Snark- I just did. They break and eat batteries. (Plus Snark has NO customer service the creeps.)YAY- an actual excellent, lovely usable product!

It says what it says it does adequately. However, the charging cord they sent did not fit. I attempted several times with the cord. Fortunately, I had a cord that fit well and charged the tuner.

I wanted to like it, because it's well designed physically and UI-wise. But it's just off when I tried to tune guitars to Eb. In E standard, it's fine. In Eb, it wants my guitar to go sharp when my pedal, a different tuner, and my computer disputes that. Also, it has a lot of trouble picking up the E string on my bass, let alone even try the low B.

Product documentation is so small it is essentially useless. Manufacturer or importer/seller should put the instructions as an online printable document. Operation of the device is not intuitive so it took a bit of experimentation to work things out. Only wish it were a tad bit louder.
