My daughter made the best Key Lime Tarts in these and was thrilled to get them. Unfortunately, I cannot rate them as a whole, but can tell you she uses them all of the time, so I am assuming they are a great product!

I’ve always wanted to make mini tarts, but haven’t really found the right supplies. These 5 inch pans are perfect for making mini quiche. The removable bottom makes the entire pastry very easy to remove. The issue I had with this pan is the wavy edge. If my pastry sticks to it, it breaks really easily and looks bad when it gets removed from the pan. So, it’s really important to oil the pans really, really well before using. Overall they work well if used properly, but can be a disaster of a result if you're not careful with it.

The bottoms on these tart pans are easy to bend.They don't like high temps if you are trying to crisp a pastry.They leak a little depending on what you have put into them.

These were perfect for making mini Gateau Breton. I do wish that the insert was sized a little better so that it fit to the edge of the shell but overall, they worked great. They will be easier to clean if you soak them in water a few minutes before trying to clean them.
