Good product but be aware it is twice as expensive as the other search results, because it is a single item with a misleading photo making it look like a two pack. I would have ordered one of the other search results that are actual multi packs for the same price. The silicon inner ring is a handy idea, but it drops little shreds of red silicon into the pie crust even after being washed. Give it two or three washes and a couple hard shakes to get all the residual shreds of silicone off in advance of using.

If you are like me and struggle with the perfect crust….This pans is for you! Great quality pan, nice size too!Worked very well for my tart! The baking capacity is great, even held my pumpkin pie that I tuned into a tart!A good value for your money and already planning on a different style of this same pan!

The inner ring to shape the crust is a nice add to this pan. Made a mushroom tart and this pan made a beautiful crust.
