In July 2024, I purchased a replacement 32 channel GW NVR after my 16 channel failed. During installation, I experienced numerous issues in getting the cameras to show. I contacted the GW Customer Support Department and received expert assistance from Jamie Joy, the technical support operations manager, who spent a significant amount of time making sure my cameras worked. There were password issues with a few of the cameras, and she offered to replace them at no additional cost. I am a very delighted customer and would recommend this amazing camera system. Definitely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
