Quick Start Guide
This NVR requires a hard-wired connection directly to your router to operate. Supports all Amcrest WiFi and Wired IP cameras. The system will only work with Amcrest cameras/systems and support POE cameras. Monitor needs to have HDMI compatibility and needs to be connected with HDMI directly into the monitor, if not users could be experiencing monitor issues.

Ordered with the 2TB drive option. The menu system is a bit cryptic but was able to get up and running within an hour of unboxing. Needed tech support to assist in configuring web browser to use backwards compatible Internet Explorer settings - should update firmware to be compatible with Edge and Chrome. This is a refurbished unit that supports 8 cameras for under $200. Perfect for residential installations.

Had an issue about a year after I purchased the NVR (16 channel) I also have two of their DVR's (4 and 8 channels). Great support and just an updated app to Amcrest Pro II did the trick. A support rep called my home and helped step through the process.

Purchased renewed and works as good as new. Only issue I have is it won't accept email addresses for input to send notifications. Any info on how to make this happen is greatly appreciated.
