I loved Battlestar Galatica when I was young. It was great seeing this ornament from Hallmark. Always great quality and a good price. I would not hesitate to buy more Hallmark ornaments.

This is a well made ornament. An excellent rendition of a classic spaceship. I would recommend it for any Battlestar Galactica fan!!

There are those who believe that holiday ornaments here began out there, far across the universe, with tribes of nerds who may have been the forefathers of the Egyptians, or the Toltecs, or the Mayans. They may have been the decorators of the great Douglas Fir, or the Blue Spruce of Colorado or the Scotch Pine...Once again Hallmark comes in hot with a fantastic new ornament to add to my increasingly nerdy tree. As with their line of Keepsake Star Wars and Star Trek ships, the Galactica is impressive detailed for being "just" a tree ornament. Purists might examine it and point out that "this greeble is in the wrong place" or "this section is missing some details," and those purists are missing the point. This isn't meant to be a perfect scale model. IT'S AN ORNAMENT.What this does do just about perfectly is capture the feeling of the Battlestar Galactica. It's the perfect size for hanging on the tree -- large enough to admire it for what it is, but not so obnoxiously large that it's going to edge out other ornaments around it.I hope this sells very well for Hallmark so that hopefully they will consider releasing a Viper and a Cylon Raider. Maybe even a Basestar...

The lights work great and it looks exactly like the picture. It was a little hard to put together, but manageable. I would recommend it!

Nice but could light up a bit more. Only really lights in the stern of the Starship. If you live BG , good to have. If not , so so

Classic rendition of the Battlestar Galactica. Arrived in excellent condition and looks good on my classic ships of the line branch of our Christmas tree. Very satisfying.

Liked the detail. Batteries are pita to install. Light stays on 10sec or so, maybe a bit longer.Definitely the widest ornament on tree at over 5in long.
