It's often said you get what you pay for. In this case, you get WAY MORE than what you pay for. These are some of the best cases I have ever seen for any radio. The rubber is way thicker than I expected. Perfectly form fitting, quite protective and yet minimally intrusive. Every feature is still available. You do have to roll up the bottom just a bit to use the drop in charger - but with USB C, who's using the drop in charger anymore? I just got them, but they seem like they seem such a high quality material that I am sure they will last very well over the long term.I would buy these for every radio I have (which is a lot, >30) if this mfg made them for other models. HINT HINT!

I have it on my uvg5+ and it fits easily but you might to to sprinkle a little talc or baby power on the bottom edge to keep it from rolling up when you are putting it on. Fits like a glove with a little adjustment pulling here and there. It gives the radio a nice grippable surface without being sticky feeling. It is thin so if you are looking for shock protection, you might want to look at a case instead. I only gave it three stars as I have no idea how it will hold up under use. like I said, kinda thin. One thing the manufacturer might want to consider is making a longer sleeve for extended batteries, that would be awesome.

If anything I'd like it about 12mm tighter. But yeah so all the buttons are accessable, and it does make it not as easy to fire the ptt, looks great with the 18" Abbree tactical antenna, I'd say it's a go!

Fits AR-5RM and gives a better grip also helps to not trigger the PTT button as easy.Has opening for USB - C cord for charging.You can still cradle charge but you have to pull the cover up a bit.

I had a silicone cover for an iPhone years ago that was completely indestructible - not the case with this cover. I don't get rough with my radio but unfortunately there's already 2 small tears, one around the display and one at the base. I gave it 3 stars because I noticed them weeks ago but I don't believe they have become larger. This is better than leaving your radio naked but will not stand up to abuse.
