I got these to work on my grip strength, and so far I like them. I’ve been using them for some while now, and I have to say, that the quality and functionality are perfect, and I can definitely see an increase in grip strength! Definitely would recommend!

The readout for reps and tension settings are on the same side. User has to stop and turn one around to view. When a user buys 2 hand tension hand units they should both read to the inside to make them easier to use.Thanks RC
