This railing had excellent quality and very sturdy. Some minor rough spots on the finish. It came with nearly everything you need to install it in either wood or concrete, it was missing an Allen wrench bit for the self tapping screws, but does include a concrete bit and concrete anchors. It even included a special wax pencil for marking concrete where you’re going to drill. I highly recommend this, it was easy to assemble and looks nice on your exterior stairs. I anchored it through a Trex deck board into a wood stringer so I had to buy longer lag screws for my application.

I like the way this handrail looks and works. It is very sturdy and reasonably priced. One of the concrete anchor nuts was kind of loose and stripped the anchor but other than that I'm happy with the purchase.

Ordering online was easy, informative and the railing arrived quickly. My husband just had knee replacement surgery and it was nice to have this railing shipped so quickly. This product is high quality and came packaged with everything needed to install your handrail in either concrete or wood. This railing is heavy duty and powder coated and a product you would think the price would be double what it is. Highly recommend this product.

nice item but the included drill bit was garbage after drilling one hole out of the 8 total holes. I was not expecting the tools to install but it turned out okay after i bought a new and better drill bit to complete the install

After reviewing many stair railing options I decided to order this one. Was delivered next day and tracking was superb. I ordered 2 sets and got around to installing first set tonight. Very impressed with the quality and piece in the set was protected with plastic wrap. Came with all the fasteners and tools to do the complete job. Looks wonderful and they are very solid. Very pleased overall.

Looks great on our deck and matching the railings. When it is cold the metal does get cold. If you are expecting it would be cold you might want to buy wood. We're happy with them. Bought white ones for the front of the house. Looks just like the photos on amazon.
