Great purchase. Does a great job. Be prepared for the steam to turn into water in the area you are cleaning. Easy to use. Areas felt sanitizer. Cord length was great. I used no chemicals when cleaning, only this machine with water.

It works really well. Only things I would change is a little larger pad. It is almost impossible to get the pad on the tool. I have been trying without luck. Also needs a button by nozzle where you can pause without having to turn off and on.

I had heard about steam before, but never really thought that it would do the job. So I got this fiddle machine and I was able to clean 1200 square feet of tile. you know, but a day and a half. And it worked fantastic. I'll never scrub grout by hand again. I take two passes across the Grout slowly that heats it up, and then. you go back and forth as you scrub with the brush. The real bad stuff used of brass brush. Otherwise a plastic brush is fine.

This thing really puts out a lot of steam. We got this to clean out our shower and it does remove the soap buildup on the walls and floor. I was surprised how much steam this generates. It holds enough water to complete a moderate size job and I like the fact that it is not so large that it is difficult to move around. I didn't want a unit that was one piece so you had to hold the water tank while you worked. This is perfect for us and the cord is long enough to make it convenient to use. I will be using it on my car rims next to get rid of the buildup in the crevices that the car wash can't seem to get.

Steam Cleaner, 2500W High Pressure Handheld Steamer,is a good steamer but mine leaks badly. I have checked for possible leak areas but I'm unable to locate where the leak is coming from. Because of this I cannot back this product. I was unable to find any contact info for this seller and once your 30 day return window closes your stuck with it. I would look elsewhere for a steamer.

I like this steamer as it runs for quite a while (longer than I expected) on one fill of water. It is ready to steam within 15 seconds or less and it has a constant steady powerful spray of steam from the first second it starts steaming, til the water is gone. It comes with several different attachments, including scrub brushes and a window cleaner. The best attachment is the extension wand, which makes a huge difference because it allows for there to be a distance between you and the steam, resulting in safer work and much less stress on your back if your job requires bending over.One thing I did notice was the noise it made. I don't know exactly what it was but I only heard it for a second because the noise from when the steam kicked in drowned it out.I initially thought I would have liked for it to have a trigger on the handle to control the steam, but decided against that idea, thinking it would be tiring holding that position the entire time using it. I like it enough to say I would recommend it.
