I bought this because I was tired of boiling my cup and disc every month and worrying about keeping it from touching the bottom of the pan, etc. It works as advertised. My Saalt disc and cup both fit great, but it does cover the entire middle portion instead of sitting to the side like some of the product pics. The price is a little steep, but the convenience is worth it.

Literally amazing, now I don’t have to boil my cup every cycle and worry about if the pot is clean enough so my family can eat out of it again.

Worked well the first two times, was excited I no longer had to spend time boiling. However went to use it the third month and it was non functional. Would not turn on. Tried multiple outlets it no longer works and I’m out of the return window due to this being a single monthly use item. Waste of $.

This is so easy to use to clean menstrual cups/discs. Its easy to set up and run. I ran a cleaning cycle for this steamer as recommended before using it to disinfect the cup. It heated up very quickly and shut itself off when done.At first I was worried the cup I had (not a Saalt brand cup) wasn’t going to work with this, as the image provided in the directions made it seem like the cup should fully fit along the base of the machine, yet there was overlap. As long as the cup/disc doesn’t touch the small circular heating plate in the middle it’s fine. I noticed no damage to the cup after using this to disinfect it.It’s small & doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. This does get very hot and takes time to cool down. It could easily be pulled off a countertop by a small child/pet if not watched carefully.

I really like the convenience of this product. I will wash my disc with a cleanser and then pop it in here to disinfect. It is hard to get the product to dry properly when it's finished, or to not overfill with water. I bought some stain remover packets as well and wondering if I tip the top upside-down if I can use it with the stain remover. There is a small hole in the top to release steam. Just need to verify how far it is from the top. I imagine it would be easier with the disc than with a cup.

At first this product was great! Made cleaning so easy. Had only used the product once, went to use it again and it is broken. Does not light up, does not produce steam, and leaks water out of the bottom. Very disappointing considering this was not a cheap product. I probably just got unlucky :(
