Got this after trying a commercial steamer and being very impressed with what it could do. Sadly this thing does not perform as well as that machine, but it also cost a fraction of what that one did. It struggled a bit with the bathroom and kitchen, with me giving up and resorting to some harsher chemicals on a few spots, but windows and floors did not require more than 2 passes so overall I would say it performs well for a budget unit. Do note it has a much smaller water reservoir, longer warmup time and not producing as much steam, resulting in longer cleaning time requirements and more effort needed compared to a commercial model, but again, that would cost at least several times what this one does.Overall seems like a decent budget handheld steamer as long as you are aware of it's limitations and know what you are getting.

I was looking for a steam cleaner and came across this. This is a handheld steam cleaner you can hold the entire unit with just 1 hand. It holds about 5 ounces of water and gives you steam for up to 10 mins, which is why I say it's good for home or small office. I was able to clean my stove with this with no issues and the size actually let me reach to the back corners of my stove. It comes with 7 nozzle attachments and tubes, to give you a mop. I have not used this feature yet but actually look forward to. Its small and portable and very easy to use, I can recommend it for smaller tasks.

I'm pretty happy with the convenience and ease of use of the multi-purpose steamer, but there are some drawbacks that could be improved. I was disappointed that it didn’t heat up as much as expected—I expected a hotter steam for a more intense clean. The warm mist can be useful for gentle cleaning, but not everyone prefers that. The cord length had limitations. The floor attachment only had 1 pad and because the cord was short it made it difficult to use.It seems like a great product overall, but these couple of things could make it more effective. The steamer wasn't heavy and made it easy to carry around while steaming.

I was skeptical about a consumer grade steam cleaner, but this handheld steam cleaner has impressed me. The fact that it heats up in just 3 minutes is a huge plus when you're trying to squeeze in quick cleaning sessions.The 16 attachments seemed overwhelming at first, but they're actually practical - I especially like the angled nozzle for getting into corners and the floor mop attachment for my tile kitchen. The 9-foot cord gives decent reach, though sometimes I wish it was a bit longer for my bigger rooms. The steam power is a blast - it blasts through grease and grime without any chemicals similar to professional steamers.My only real complaints are that the water tank could be bigger (I have to refill it for big jobs), which can be annoying mid-clean. Also, storing all those attachments is kind of a pain with no storage solution provided.Overall, though, it's a good investment if you're looking to deep clean without harsh chemicals. Just be prepared for a bit of a learning curve with all the attachments, and maybe grab a small storage bin for all the pieces!Now imspeaking as a semi retired business owner that has used professional steamers generating revenue. No this isnt a replacement for a $1500.00 pro model but can be great for general consumer usage.

Great multi use steam cleaner. I got this steamer for my tile floors, and the wood floors in my kitchen. So far this has worked great! The setup was simple and self explanatory, it worked right away, and I'm happy with the attachments. While I got this for my floors I've already used it for many different things, like steaming my bathtub to remove built up grime, I steamed my leather car seats, my cup holders in my car, and even used it to steam a shirt the other day to get out the wrinkles. I've already gotten some good use out of it, and I'm excited to see what else I can use it for!

This steamer works great and is easy to use. The steam get in all the cracks and crevices that you normally would not be able to get. I do wish it held more water but it is what it is. The product working so well makes up for it.
