How did you come up with the idea for this product?

I am impressed with the weight of this kaleidoscope. It's actually quite heavy. It's well made and absolutely gorgeous.I did find that the gems or whatever that's inside that make the colors are kind of chunky and get stuck often. There also aren't many of them, so the pattern is pretty bland compared to others I've seen. However, I bought this as a shelf ornament, not for actual use, so I am satisfied with it's beauty. If I had purchased this to look at the patterns, I would have given 3 or 4 stars. But it suits my intended purpose, so I am happy to give 5. Just keep it in mind if you want to look through it. Also, I wear glasses and it's not super glasses friendly. You have to practically out your eyeball on it to get the full effect, so glasses very much impede that. I took my glasses off to enjoy it more, but I don't have a very strong prescription. Not sure if that will work for people with stronger prescriptions.

This kaleidoscope boasts an impressive handmade brass casing, making it a true work of art. The included stand elevates the piece, showcasing its intricate design. However, the size is smaller than I anticipated, which might be a plus if you have a small spaces or are intending it for children.While the craftsmanship of the casing is exceptional, I was slightly disappointed with the contents. Instead of vibrant gems or crystals, the kaleidoscope features plastic beads. Even sparkly confetti would have added a touch more magic.The kaleidoscope arrives beautifully presented in a gift box, making it a potential present for someone special. Overall, this kaleidoscope is a beautifully crafted piece that would make a unique decorative item. While the internal contents could be improved, its elegant design and compact size make it a charming addition to a collection

I am super impressed with this. This really could be a hand-down heirloom that lasts ages. I haven't had mine long but am amazed and excited by this unique item. I do feel that it could use a few more gems in the lens as there is a lot of white space in ours, however, the brass work and display stand plus knowing we are supporting another family crafter business makes us so happy.

The brass kaleidoscope itself is VERY nice. It's attractive, well built, the pieces fit together and rotate like gloves. From the outside it looks very classy and expensive. But the materials they used to kaleidoscope viewer is just beads. Just beads. You can actually see the holes running through the middle of them when you look through the viewer. One is a butterfly bead with a large hole running through the middle of it, and on anon. I would not recommend this if you're used to a decent kaleidoscope. Maybe there's a way to remove the beads and put something really cool in there, like tiny gemstones? I don't know. When I pull on the end it doesn't come off, so maybe not.

This thing feels hefty and looks and feels well made. It’s nice enough that it comes with a type of stand that holds it and keeps it in place so to make it a conversation piece. I have seen one since I was a kid but, none this classy.

This kaleidoscope is really pretty and has a great weight to it. The beads inside are made of cheap plastic, which seems on since the outside is so nice. The look of the beads is pretty decent though, I think children would like it.
