Does the job. If you want to add filter or if you are paranoid and want to protect the lens (although it will be extended only for extreme close up.If you want hood, they have another set with hood, which is cool very cool design btw. Haoge LH-X51B 2in1

Save yourself a few bucks by buying this filter adapter. It works fine, extends the filter on the X100V out beyond the lens and accepts the Squarehood II Hood, which I already had from an X100F. NOTE; the filter adapter from previous X100's don't work on the new lens of the X100V. I hear that the old adapter may actually damage the lens on the X100V and I didn't want to take the chance.

Fit and finish are much better than average. Look nice without typically unused bayonet lugs. For the money, superb.

Despite what the description says, this works with the orignal Fuji X100. I have it on their with a 49mm filter as well. The only thing, if I had to pick a gripe, would be that the lens cap doesn't stay on too well with this + a filter on it. If it did then i'd give it a 5 star review. Very useful either way!

Great little item, a must if you own a Fuji X100 series camera. As you probably know, Fuji puts the filter threads on the outside of the lens. This adapter reverses that. It has threads on the inside, like other cameras, and allows you to use a standard filter without the lens poking the filter, causing an error. This company makes lens hoods also.

quality 10/10price 10/10No complaints here. But if there is one, I wish the "hoage" company logo matches the font from Fuji. Looks a bit funny.No regrets! if you need an adapter that fits a 49mm filter, and you want that original lens cap from Fuji to fit, this is it. Look no further! Weather seal your expensive camera!

I was slightly sceptical of the item and the order but when it arrived, I was completely satisfied.It is a new item. Works seamlessly on my X100v with the lens hood attaching over this ring adapter.I was also able to attach an UV filter making the camera weatherproof.

I bought the original Fuji and the Haoge both arrived same time. No differrence in quality or finish. But the original lens cap fit very well for my Fuji X100v.The original Fuji factory item, the original cap won't fit. Buy this Haoge replacement at 1/5 the cost. Shame on you Fuji
