All the problems lie within how it stays in. They slip out, but I fixed that with Velcro. They're hard, durable, and they do quite well.

Certainly not the best or the worst pads out there, but in terms of functionality, they do the job. I've done just a few drills so far, but my elbows are already happier just because of these things.

Don't waste your time. Get Crye pads. These aren't worth the cardboard they shipped in. Opened them today and gave the stitching a slight tug to see how it would hold up in the event of actually using them for something. Just fell apart. Garbage.
