I sharpen my chainsaw blades with a Dremel moto tool, have found the Dremel brand bits to be the best but very expensive, tried many other bits but always disapointed, these seem to be all uniformly sized and after the first one broke after a few sharpenings, the second one is going strong. The price difference makes these a bargain, will be ordering a second set, should be enough to last me for many years. I sharpen saws about twice a week.

Wore very quickly. They sharpened ok for 2 chains but then needed replacement. I’ve had better sharpening bits.

None of these bits were the same size all the way down the bit, in fact, none of them were even perfectly round. I measured every single one of them with calipers.They are marketed as 5.5mm cylinders. Most measured around 5.55mm at the tip and increased to about 5.65mm in the middle before shrinking back to about 5.55mm at the bottom of the stone. I had one as small as 5.41mm and one as large as 5.73mm.The best one was visibly better than the others and more round (still not perfect) but measured 5.71-5.73mm in diameter across the entire length.I don't expect precision at this price point, but I expect them to be usable for their intended purpose of sharpening a chainsaw chain. Due to the size and runout (out-of-round for the layman) variance on these they are not usable for this purpose unless you just don't value your chain or a quality sharpening job.I may have ruined a chain with them today as I had a lapse of judgment and did not do this QC before using them on a chain. I intend to try cutting with the chain tomorrow but I could tell during sharpening that much more metal was being removed than should have been. Now I know why.

The pin does not extend to end of grinding stone so there is a weak spot in middle where they break off easily. Good price though if you are careful.

They said 2 packages. I thought I was getting double what I received. I would’ve bought them elsewhere if I had known it was only 12 total. They work ok but not worth the price I paid.

I'm glad I bought 2 packages. Each one will only last for 2 or 3 times sharpening my chain saw chain on my Dremel tool. The Dremel brand lasts 3 or 4 times as long. The price is very good on these though, but you get what you pay for.
