Many sharp edges, tension not adjustable, arrived with oil-spotted outer packaging. THEY ARE WHAT I EXPECTED for very cheap imported tools. I will have to stone all the edges before they will be safe for others to use.

While these will serve the purpose, they are not a high quality tool. The stamped edges are rough and in some places actually sharp enough to cause injury. The pivot points are sloppily assembled and far stiffer than necessary. At the risk of sounding like an old coot, these are a real good example of they don't make them like they used to!
