I have used these several times over the years. Great for an anchor trolley system on a kayak. I like this because it doesn’t flop around and bang the side of the boat. Much more stealthy! A little silicone spray a couple of times a year and it’s worry free.

seems they're a little weak, doesn't take a lot of force to bend them, best suited for "lite" applications.
