This Hat Sizing Tape is 80” long, 20 mmwide, 3 mm thick. This should be more than enough for at least 3-4 hats ormore.

For my needs, the foam used is high quality and a perfect width for the internal hat bands of the hats I needed it for. Thought similar to weather stripping, this material is more dense and seemingly more durable. It was very easy to use; just cut to the desired length, dry fit, then when you have it placed where you want it, peel the backing to stick it to the hat. Would definitely buy again.

With the elastic in my old snap-brim completely wore out, I needed some way to try make it fit again. This product was perfect. Strong adhesive and I could cut it to the length I needed. I'll try it next on my Porkpie, but I'm sure it will with perfect. I highly recommend this product!

The product itself probably works but the SMELL is horrid!!! Gave it a bit to see if would dissipate…nope. Had to bag it up in a ziplock and put it in the trash!
