My previous review is below. This is the updated review. So, my A frame kit came in. Very easy to install, but still didn't work. I had suction, but no movement. So, when I opened it up again, a little piece of cement was inside there. Now it is working AWESOME!!! My Hayward Pool Vac XL model # is 2025ADC. I am so proud of myself with all the money I saved!!! Thank you Amazon.Please read. The 1 star is not true for now. So, I ordered everything for my Hayward Pool Vac (shoes, wings, pods and flaps), watched the youtube, and thought I was an expert now. Unfortunately NOT! Now it won't even move in the pool, and I do have suction. What I didn't order was the A frame turbine kit. After watching the youtube, I saw that one of the wheels were not rolling smoothly, so I sprayed lubricant (wiped off excess) thinking that would help until I order the A frame kit. So, maybe this is why it is not working in the pool because of the lubricant. I will give my rating after I receive my A frame kit, but I must say, it sure does look pretty with all the new parts.

These pods fit my newer Hayward Navigator perfectly, of course, but are slightly different than my original set. This is not a bad thing however. They have screws to allow the disassembly of the pods that my original ones did not have. I believe this is so they are compatible with the older versions of Hayward's pool sweepers that had this feature. It will make it a lot easier to change the feet springs if you ever need to. Without taking the pod apart, it was a tricky evolution for me to replace a spring that had broken.One thing to remember if you are replacing your pods is, these do not come with the shoes, the screws to attach it to the Navigator, or the washers. So if you need any of those items, you will need to purchase them separately. They do come with new plugs to cover the attaching screws, however.

This was a perfect replacement part for my Hayward pool cleaner. It was super easy to replace. I thought my pool vac was a goner but I googled how to fix my pool issue and was directed to look at the bottom of my vac which looked completely damaged. The parts fit exactly right. I didn’t need my husband’s help as I replaced the parts in less than 10 minutes. My vacuum immediately worked perfectly after I replaced all the bottom parts. Without the replacement the vac used to just sit there causing the vac hose to get entangled in a big knot. So the hose wasn’t the issue the issue was the warn out bottom parts and wing like side parts

The feet on the cleaner go up and down, up and down, up and down. The feet on the cleaner go up and down and wear right out. These are great replacements, easy to install and brought new life back to my poor (but loyal) Hayward cleaner. (Plus it irritates my pool guy who wants to charge an arm and a leg to replace them)

The pool sweep costs me $100 per year in plastic parts but a new one is $600. The company could make it more durable with some metal reinforcments and I do not plan to replace it with another Hayword model when it dies

Very easy to install and genuine Hayward parts. My old pool Vac is running like a champ again! Fast prime shipping. I also added new "shoes, flaps and wings" too with a Hayward Pool cleaner tune-up, which you can also buy on Amazon Prime too. Very pleased- will buy again. Saved a bundle of dough by not having my local pool place do it- They quoted well over $125! and I spent less then half that to do all of it myself- FYI-there are excellent demo videos to help on YouTube if you are new to it- all I needed was a couple of cheap ordinary tools and about a half hour. My pool Vac is 10 years old, but will likely go another 6-10 years with these part updates! Be green and keep repairing rather than spending $350. for a new one. Also, a couple reviewers scored the product lower, complaining that they did not include Pod mounting screws- clearly they were not very handy, as anyone who is fairly handy will see that you simply just use the old screws that attached the worn out pods, and re-inset them- they were still in great condition, so would just be a waste of $ and metal to include new pod screws! Actually included a nice little flat head screwdriver too, but I did not even need it. Highly recommend.

After years of hard work, my Hayward Navigator was barely moving. The best thing about the Hayward is that it's extremely simple to work on with just a screw driver. I decided to get mine back in tip top shape. I started with a new gear box (AXV408P) plus the "internals" kit (AXV621DAT). That got mine moving again. I thought I should probably also replace the wings and feet (AXV414604WHP) because mine were showing wear. I also opted for new legs (this kit) (AXV417WHP). That got my Hayward moving forward but it wasn't turning around at the end of the pool. I decided to replace the top gears (AXV079VP). My very top cone gear looked OK and probably didn't need to be replaced but I found an Amazon Warehouse deal for $17 so I ordered it (AXV070) and a new bushing for the top cone (AXV306). With all that I have my pool robot back up and running. It took a bit of time to track down all the parts so I'll post a copy of this review with each of the kits I've ordered and hopefully save you a bit of time.

My old Hayward was nearing its end I thought after 12 years, was hardly moving and it was chewed to bits.Ordered these parts, they arrived quickly, 20 minutes to fit and clean the entire unit and it's racing around the pool again like a new unit.Very pleased, I should easily get another 2 to 3 years out of the old girl.
