Easy to work with just use equal amounts for best results. It is a bit tricky when applied underwater, but it does set and sealed my leak. It is white when dry.

I had a bit of a leak in my 8' stock tank pool. I'm mid-season so I didn't want to drain and refill/chemical to fix the factory seal that had a hole in it. Small leak at the metal side-wall seam, and this fit right into it and hardened within about an hour. I did a quick once over with a brush to knock any grime off, then a quick once over with a 220 grit sanding sponge to rough up the metal a little. This gave it enough to grip to, and once hardened the leak was fixed.I was having a hard time finding something I could use for a metal stock tank, and this seemed to work like a charm. I'll be scraping it off this offseason and redoing all the seals, but this worked as a mid-season leak fix.
