After one season this item no longer works. It was expensive and the customer support through Amazon/Hayward/US parts was terrible. There is a one year warranty and nobody is helpful. They expect me to pay a service call fee then determine if they should replace it. I completely disagree that after spending over $800 for this items it should be replaced no questions asked.Very disappointed and dissatisfied!

I had seen a negative review on this product about no cell. Well price out a cell by itself. Try pricing this machine at your local pool store that includes a cell. You will pay close to $550 more.

Don’t buy it . Nice Product . But they have no Salt Cells to use with it . Therefore it’s worthless . I called the manufacture and they don’t have any . And therefor retailers can’t get them .

I ordered this to replace an existing piece that was no longer working. From the beginning it did not work when I contacted the seller they told me I needed to go thru Hayward in order to resolve the issue. Zero stars

This product is part one of a system, part two didn't show up until the return date on this unit expired, so now not sure what part of the unit, does not work, so I need to send both parts of unit back to manufacturer, that partof it sucks out loud
