I have a drop in bobbin in my Pfaff Creative Sensation Pro. I've been having issues with tension and I purchased a service manual. It told me the measurements I needed to determine if my drop in bobbin had the correct tension, but I couldn't measure that with the TOWA meters sold everywhere, as that requires the removeable bobbin cases. This worked to measure my bobbin tension and confirm that it was not the problem. I simply put in a bobbin of thread, tied a loop in one end, hooked the hBARSCI dynanometer through the loop and pulled gently. Super easy. Affordable. Would work on any drop in bobbin. I highly recommend this product.
