Wanted more of a step stool for use in my pantry that has shelves up to high ceiling, so this works well for everyday needs. For topmost shelf, I grab one from garage, but for most needs, this is much better than single step stool I’d take chances with using! Folds fairly flat, lightweight enough but sturdy.

My friend is short.I bought this for her to keep in the kitchen.I think it weighs about 8 pounds.Construction seems adequate- with it were lighter.I'd prefer a sturdy one made of aluminum.From her:So we put it through its paces and came to the conclusion that it was a lightweight but strong step stool well suited for use in the kitchen or other places where one would need a bit of height. It has solid footing due to the wider foot pads. It definitely has a slip resistant rubber padding on the steps for an added safety feature. Lighter than our old one which was made for heavier work. This step stool is quite suited for even the elderly to use safely. It has a locking mechanism to keep the steps securely in place while standing on it. I am quite satisfied with its quality, workmanship and ease of use as well as storage. It fits nicely in a narrow space such as in my laundry room. Love to see this in bright and fun colors like yellow or orange

Little assembly required, two screws to attach the handle. Opens and closes easily. Very sturdy.

I like the size, nice and sturdy, easy to assemble, fits into a small closet or under the bed for storage.

Helps my 4'6" girlfriend reach the top shelf for the first time in her life. She's got several conditions that makes climbing stairs difficult, but this ladder is just fine, thanks to the handle and build quality

This is amazingly compact and fits easily into the slim space I had available + really solid and serious ! think a great item for price ! Worth every penny !Not being too familiar with tools I wished they were a bit clearer as to how to use but I figured it out easily !.....just sayin.....

This is a pretty good ladder! Sometimes it is a bit challenging to collapse it for storage, but it seems sturdy enough, and I know it can at least hold 240lbs safely. It’s pretty easy to transport and store as well as it doesn’t weigh much and takes up minimal space.

Used it to change a lightbulb. Seems I have shrunk from 6 feet 1 1/2 inches to 5 feet 11 inches

Needed it for my closet. Feel safe on top step. Folds up perfectly and doesn’t take up much closet space.

its a little flimsy. Would not recommend for the weight it states. When I stand on it I am nervous. If you are a small person it would be great but not for someone that is a little heavy.
