This ladder is an RVer’s best friend. In its retracted state it fits easily in my front storage bay. This ladder allows me to use my battery powered blower to clean my slide outs without getting on the roof. Safe, sturdy and easy to store. What more could you ask for?

Works as advertised. Must read directions on extending and collapsing properly, otherwise a great ladder to store in smaller places (like my studio area).I have used it to the highest safe rung and it was stable enough. Just keep in mind the weight restriction (330 lbs) and use wisely.

Just got it today and used it once to access roof as a test. It extended all the way and closed all the way. It held me at 181 lbs with no additional load. Package came with the hooks and ladder as described and it was delivered one day early. Bigger than expected.I just don't know how much I trust it. It seems a little shaky and I don't love the angle on the rubber feet. I wish I could change them out or buy a base. The ladder has stickers that say not to utilize the top three rungs of the ladder. This means if you need a 12.5 ladder this is not the ladder for you. This is the first ladder of this kind I have personally owned. So if you're like me here's the scoop. I had hurricane damage this year after Helen and needed to access a back addition roof at between 9-10ft. I have one small ladder that wasn't sufficient for me to get up and down to do work on the roof and I got significantly less than I should have to do my repairs from home insurance thanks to the "hurricane deductible". This ladder was on sale for $80 w/ hooks and there are no ladders at any store near me that are large enough let alone telescopic that are under $200 and reach the height I need.I say all of this because for me specifically right now this ladder was a good deal at a steep $30 discount (no longer offered), I luckily didn't need the top three rungs for the most part and I can have my wife hold the bottom for this project as I go up and down. Then I won't need a large ladder for a hot minute. If it collapses I also won't fall very far and I can get things to the roof without the ladder so it mostly just needs to hold me going up and down.If I were in another situation and just wanted a nice ladder I would save up double buy once and cry once. But it could be ignorance of how a ladder of this type should feel when you're on it. Last point of importance: You wouldn't catch me on one of these of any brand without the hooks.

I love this ladder. I use this ladder to ascend the attic through an access hatch. It easily stores in a nearby closet so that I don’t have to run out to the shed to get a ladder when I need into the attic. It is not as rigid as an extension ladder, but you wouldn’t expect that from a telescoping ladder. It is plenty stable. Just a bit of an adjustment on the first time using it.Absolutely perfect for my application.

This ladder probably would work well for a man.it was a bit heavy and to collapse each step was a bit dangerous I thought it was very well built and would have been easy to use if had not been so heavy you could easily smash or pinch fingers.

Used it a lot outside the house and it has worked great. Despite its look, it is very sturdy. Definitely watch your fingers when you are bringing it down. Overall, I’m pleased with the price and would recommend this ladder.

I love that it collapses down to a small sized but still plenty sturdy enough to hold my almost 200 lbs. since I don’t have a truck to haul a regular ladder, & I don’t have a lot of storage space- this ladder was a Godsend! Is even light enough for me to carry around fairly easily
