The product was good, I just needed replacement rolls. The customer service was top notch. I did not have any problems with my order at all. However, Zeus emailed me worried there was a problem and had already laid out solutions before my order was delivered. Delivery went well and there was no problem that needed to be solved. I appreciate a seller that follows through!

I have a love/hate relationship with these labels. In one hand, they print beautifully. Letters come out clean, crisp and so pretty you can't help but want to print EVERYTHING on these, LOL! : ). But I can only use them on my M221 cause the minute you release the little sticky that holds the roll together in the little box (they come in sets of 3), the roll unravels before you can stop it, LOL!.Although they're the perfect size for my smaller, portable thermal printers, the way the rolls unravel makes them difficult, and the little printers just can't handle it. It's not that the rolls are bad or anything; they're just unruly. Well, the material is. What makes these labels shiny and pretty and so darn good is the material, it sort of feels like a very soft plastic and kind of behaves like it too. I'm docking 1 star for that; otherwise, these labels, with a bit of patience and love, are just about perfect!! A-

Bougt this for my collection of many printers, love phomemo brand, they have better life expectancy on paper and a different feel to it

Nice little sticker printer.Images are clear and no ink required.Paper amount is low, but to be expected from such a small device. No complaints.
