I highly recommend! My wife and I are full time RVers and have had the unfortunate experience of a frozen sewer hose. We have tried the heated trays which was a was of money. I came across the heated blanket and gave it a try. I can tell you from experience, we have had three weeks of teen Temps. And absolutely no freezing or failure. I would highly recommend this product before wasting money on inferior products. Just my opinion!

I installed on pipe under RV to keep valves and pipe from freezing. I have no skirting and So far it hasnt froze and its below freezing here in Washington state. I also installed the heated dump hose kit sold here>>>>>>>https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CH2HFNVJ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

RVing a passion? Like to RV when it's cold outside? Me, Too! I had to find something to keep my water hose from freezing and this did the job. Clicks on when the temp drops past freezing so it is not always on. I was able to RV in 20-30 degree weather. I did have to duct tape it to the outside of where the water meets the RV but it worked. ALL GOOD

It does great keeping the black house from freezing but there is no thermostat so it's on ask the time.

This is super useful. It’s big enough to wrap around my sewer drain line (the PVC part, not the hose) for when the temps dip low. Got cold enough to freeze my fresh water tank, but my sewer line was ok. It’s essentially a heated blanket, so it has lots of potential uses from heating a water supply line to defrosting a frozen fresh water tank. TIP: err on the short side. I bought the 20’ length but wish I’d gotten the 15’.

I haven't tested it yet to see if it still functions. Mine came with a double "inside". This means that the velcro is useless, as both sides are the "loop" side of the velcro. Not sure what other impact having an improperly made one will have. I zip tied it, as I'm in dire need of a working sewer line. Here's to hoping the unit actually heats up.

Fit easy on sewer hose and keep line warm to allow waste to flow when it cold.
