Scoops the ice cream with ease.Doesn't get hot but warm enough to to scoop the hardest ice cream with ease.Don't submerge in water or put in the dishwasher though,The charging port is not covered.This is a "hand wash only" item.

This is a heavy duty ice cream scoop! I was not expecting it to look this nice. It’s comfortable to hold and use. Scooping ice cream is easier with the warmer and works like a charm. It’s easy to clean and is not sticky.

It works! I've had ours for a while and it's worked well for a few months with no issues. I ordered a set of USB C plugs to guard any incidental spills from getting inside the unit. They can be found here on Amazon. It does take a few moments to heat up- and to help it stay hot I give it a hot rinse between flavor changes. My suggestions to the creators would be make it water tight, add some color handle choices, and heck, maybe sell a turbo model with a bigger handle (that holds the extra batteries for said turbo heating) and that's about it!

This is a great scoop. It has some nice weight to it and feels very durable. It is easy to use-you just hold the scoop and it turns on via sensors in the handle. It does take longer than you want to warm up, but it warms up to a nice temperature where it cuts through the ice cream pretty easily without making it too melty. It is hand wash only because the charging port is exposed, but it is very easy to clean since its all one piece. Overall, very happy with the quality and the price point.

Got one delivered today. Went and bought ice cream. Charged all day. Won’t get past 90 percent when charging. Then as soon as you use it it drops to the 20s. Will return if seller can’t help. Update. Seller unwilling to help. Will return and not rebuy

I don’t have a lot of strength on my hands and I can finally get my own ice cream because this spoon helps cutting thru the ice cream smoothly and without any struggle. Even my little grandson uses it!

This ice cream scoop is everything a scoop should be. It has made the task of scooping ice cream a pleasure and an effortless experience. I used to wait 5 to 10 minutes to remove ice cream from the freezer before I could scoop it out, but now I can go from the freezer to my dish almost immediately, all it takes is holding the scoop for a minute to warm it up.**Features:**- The display at the bottom of the unit, near the charging port, shows the temperature starting at 0°F.- The scoop portion is made of stainless steel and is food-safe. One downside is that it can only be washed by hand, as the electronics do not tolerate water.- It heats up quickly, reaching approximately 150°F, so be careful not to touch the stainless steel part directly with your hands.- Charging is done through a USB Type-C port; you will need to provide your own cable and charging adapter, as these are not included.- The scoop is well-balanced, making it comfortable to hold, regardless of hand size.- did I say NOT to place it in your dishwasher to clean it but only to hand wash it taking care not to use a lot of water around the charging portThis scoop is replacing my previous hand-warmed unit, which cost significantly more and was made of aluminum.One minor issue is that the temperature display is in Fahrenheit instead of Celsius, which I am accustomed to. However, this is not a dealbreaker for me; it's just a personal preference.
