A sheer delight on cold winter's nights. I installed the pad under my high loft mattress pad and have it set to turn on automatically (using an Alexa outlet device) an hour before bed and then to shut off automatically. For me, the pad gets too warm to leave on all night -- but that's just me. Find your own comfort level. Good purchase.

This is the 3rd time I bought this electric mattress pad. I bought one for my bed, it heats up quickly and have been using it over a year. Just bought one for my guest bed and one for my mom who is always cold!

I love this pad. It has three different settings for how long to keep it going and I just want my to warm up bed so I can set it for an hour and I am good. Where my husband wants all night and he sets it for ten hours. Perfect for us.

Fits very well! Feels like good quality!Only complaint is that the timer is 1,2 ,or 10 hours. I would have like the options between!

In opening the plastic package, it contained the queen-size mattress pad, two controller cables that plug into it, and a user manual. The setup was pretty easy, as the mattress pad had deep pockets that fit well over all four corners of the mattress with plenty of room.On one end of the mattress pad, there are two white plastic nodes where one end of the controller cables fits into them. A word of advice, when placing the mattress pad on the bed, make sure the two plastic nodes are on the end of the bed where your pillows are located. If you don’t, the controller cables will be at the foot of the bed and the control handle will be located too far away for you to use it in bed while you’re lying down.Attach the controller cables to the nodes and then plug them into a power outlet on each side of the bed.The controller has eight different heat settings with the heat setting number listed on the display. The button on the left controls the heat setting and the button on the right controls the timer function. Located underneath the buttons is the power switch, which turns it off and on.The controller has an automatic feature that turns it off after a set time of one, two, or ten hours. As well as an “always on†feature. The well-written user manual has clear instructions on how to use it.The manual recommends turning it on about thirty minutes before going to bed, with all bedding on top of it, to keep the warmth generated by this mattress pad within the sheets. I found that after turning it on, it nicely warmed up within a couple of minutes.You know on those cold nights; you get into bed, and it takes a few minutes for your body heat to warm it up so you can fall asleep better? This mattress pad neatly solves that problem, leading to a warmer bed and falling asleep quicker for me as a result.Since it is two-zone heating, it is perfect for people who have two different levels of comfort from the warmth it generates. If someone wants it boiling and the other wants it nice and light, the two zones make it easy for each person to enjoy the level of warmth they want.It also works well just keeping the bed warm in the evening while lounging in it while watching television.I haven’t tried washing it yet, but the user manual gives instructions on how to do this effectively and easily so you can keep it clean and use it again and again.Overall, this is a terrific mattress pad that works well warming up the bed in preparation for sleep. It also keeps the bed warm over a sustained time of your choice for two different people and can accommodate their preferences.

This is a very well-made product and is machine washable and dryable on a gentle cycle. The pad fits well on our queen foam-based adjustable bed mattress and holds perfectly without slipping around. The heat levels are well spaced out with the lowest setting adding just a little warmth and the highest being fairly warm without being hot. It takes about 4-6 minutes to reach temperature. While the connectors for power and heat adjustment sits on the top corners of the pad, they are out of the way enough to not really be noticeable. And reaching off the corners of the bed to get to the controllers is fairly easy. The controls are simple and made of durable feeling plastics. There is a slider switch to turn the side of the pad on and off, and a button on each side of the display. The button on the left sets the heat level which can be pressed to cycle through values 1-8. And the button on the right cycles through the length of operation from continuous to specific hour lengths.From the manual, it is recommended to not leave the pad on a continuous cycle when the heat is set above 4. This is likely for safety reasons. Most of the time I set my side to 8 and an hour duration whereas my partner likes a lower setting for a longer period. We both feel this is an incredible product and wonder why we did not think of getting one of these years ago. It adds luxury, convenience, and comfort. Even the padding on this mattress pad adds just a little bit of firmness to the top of our foam mattress which has a great feel to it. This has been in operation now for about a month and no issues have been encountered. It has also been washed with no issues. Highly recommended!
