The product does the job but if you have two pistons you will need to alternate it in each one. It will not press down the pistons evenly with a single effort.Build quality is good and easy to use at least for an 2015 Acura TLX.

The spreader is on par quality to a good "C" clamp that I'd typically use. It basically does the same job as a "C" clamp, but the benefit is that it is much more compact and fits better in my tool box. There is also a hex head if more torque is needed. My only complaint is that I'd rather see a metal "T" handle than a small plastic nob.The spreader is as described and pictured on Amazon - 4 Stars from me.

I've changed hundreds of disc brakes over the years using a c-clamp to compress the calipers. It's awkward at times but it works. I recently tried by friend's almost identical, more expensive, spreader and found it to be far more convenient to use. This is a nice quality tool that I'm sure will work for many years. I do see others on Amazon for a few dollars less, I can't attest to them, but I feel like this one is worth the price. One thing I noticed, the photos on the ad show the spreader post going directly into the caliper piston, I prefer to use the old brake pad in between the spreader and caliper piston. Just my 2 cents opinion. Otherwise, I'm happy with it and do recommend it.
