Very smooth bearings make my pulley gym workouts feel incredible. The only thing I did to modify the attachment is to double nut the eye bolt so it doesn't work itself free. Perfect for a pulley gym system. I actually have two of them (one above and one on the ground) so I can do high or low pulls.

Item received seems to be heavy duty. I am a low voltage contractor, and I will be using this pulley to route Outdoor rated direct burial cat-6 cable from a spool placed on the floor to vertical conduit stubbed up about 10' feet off the ground. Doing it this way with a pulley will save me about 25 trips back and forth so I don't have to keep pulling cable off of the spool.

It is very smooth moving pulley. Nice construction and it comes with a lock nut on the pulley itself. I gave it 4 stars because as you can see from the pictures it liked to skip rope under load... then its pointless. Need a thicker rope I guess. That rope is ¼" or ⅜". To get the rope out I have to take the nut off and all of that. Wish it was a little simpler taking the pulley wheel off also. Maybe something that doesn't require tools. Would work great with a thicker rope and something static that doesn't need to be moved or adjusted with the rope taken out at least one side. Then it would be perfect. I'll find another place for this pulley or get another thicker rope so that it won't slip and chaff the rope.

I replaced the typical plastic pulleys for working out. These are SO much better. It’s shocking how much smoother they are for cable exercises.

Use for my diy gym cable system. Does the job just fine and the cable travel is very smooth. Don’t know that I would trust the little cable clip it ships with. I replaced that with a much higher strength rated attachment.

Went with these after researching a dozen different pulley options for my home gym, using with 5mm cable. The cable never gets stuck between the wheel and the housing, and it's silent as a mouse.

Bought for DIY home gym lat pulldown/tricep push down. Much more heavily built than I thought they’d be. Very smooth and cable has not jumped off the groove. I would buy these again.
