The pulley, strap, and carabiner are exactly as pictured and described. The bolt does not interfere with the cable inside the v-groove of the pulley. The pulley moves smoothly. If you intend to use the strap provided, it is probably best to limit the amount of weight being supported.

I was blown away by the quality of this pulley and fastener. It is very heavy duty and made of the highest quality material with great workmanship. In fact, it is better made than the original equipment of my lat bar attachment to my bench of which I have worked out with for 30+ years. If the original which was not as heavy duty lasted 30+ years with daily use using and high intensity (heavy weights), then I am certain this one will last too. In addition to its heavy duty manufacture and material, its appearance is very nice as well. (Later I will try to post some photos). I was faced with replacing the bench which I didn't want to do because my squat rack and bench rack were still working great. Replacing the cable that was now fraying in one spot after 30+ years of hard use was more desirable but the question for me was could it be done as the manufacture that made my bench is no longer in business. Luckily, by replacing the pulley with this heavy duty one, its design allowed me to also replace the cable. I could not be more pleased. Also, with this purchase, I was able to increase the weight capacity of the Lat Pull Down from 190 pounds to 340 pounds which is more than enough for me. (Keep in mind that to increase the weight, you need to make sure that all components of your bench can support the additional load to include the pulley, cable, fasteners, bar, bench or frame). Further, this product was priced very reasonably and shipped fast in a carefully packed box. I rate this pulley and fasteners A+++.

Bought for DIY home gym lat pulldown/tricep push down. Much more heavily built than I thought they’d be. Very smooth and cable has not jumped off the groove. Smooth, quiet action.

I used a longer, very strong motorcycle tie down strap to get my weight plates to land where I wanted them. Because the plastic pulley uses stainless steel bearings, I was able to load more weight on my loading pin (home made with black pipe). Pictured is my set up with 170 lbs of free weight plates. I sit on bench, legs under safety bar, and as I perform the lat pulldowns, the weights rise behind me for full range of motion. I can perform other moves, and may add another pulley for even more versatility. Note: the pulley comes a part with two wrenches if you already have a machined end on your cable (like mine), so any size fixed end will fit. Delivery was quick. Highly Recommend!

I use this to get my gear into a tree and it is very very quiet which is what hunters want. Would buy again but I only need one for now

Been using this with my power rack and a loading pin as a pulley system. It's holding up great and turns smoothly, but there are gaps on either side of the wheel large enough for my cable to get stuck in if it gets a little too much slack between sets. I'm checking now to make sure it's on the wheel each time but it was extremely annoying having to dig the cable back out when it was pinched on the side.

Gute Rolle hab sie mir für den Garten gekauft und an einem Baum aufgehängen um dort trizepsübungen zu machen. Klappt sehr gut und bin sehr zufrieden. Sind auch gut wetterbeständig hängen quasi 24/7 draußen und keine Probleme gerne wieder 💯

We have a few pulleys from different brands. They all look similar, but these have a better finish on the metal and feel just slightly more heavy and better constructed. Worth the extra bit of money for piece of mind.
