I was skeptical,but not wanting to pay more for our electric cuber,than we paid for our grinder,I tried this,works perfectly,I was doing deer meat,no way did I need to give it 2 passes thru! I should have took a picture,but didnt,buy it you won't be disappointed!

Use this to tenderize meat used to make chicken fried steak. Saves money at the grocery store and you're not dependent on the meat dept having tenderized round steak avail. I clamp it to a cutting board then clamp the board in a jawhorse and have at it.

Doesn't tenderize and if the meat is more than 1/4" thick its gona get mangled. The tenderizer didn't grab the meat well to pull it through. Bought one with metal blades can run pork loin an inch thick through twice like nothing to make some tenderloins. Plastic parts just don't make sense here. Everything else is metal but the piece doing the work.
