Good quality, works great. Just buy metal inlay gaskets. They last longer and not prone to leak. Just like your header gaskets use metal inlay.

Sealed right for a couple of weeks save your self some trouble and buy copper or aluminum gaskets , as well as some grade 8 bolts they bent after a few runs and are too short to insert lock washers

Totally unusable not only was the flange not fitting so I could use the gasket. Bolts were too short. I think something was missed in the production line. I bought Hedman products before, but this Very disappointed

In searching for these I read one review for a similar product (different outlet size) that gave it a low rating because the outer ring wasn't welded to the reducer...heads-up, it's not supposed to be. The flat face of the reducer is what mates to the gasket, not the outer retaining ring. The only welding required is to attach the reducer to the exhaust tubing. The included bolts and gaskets are more than sufficient for street use and light off-road. I recommend these to anyone that needs to connect a 3" three-bolt flange type collector to a 2.5" exhaust system.

If you weld it perfect and alignment is perfect it works. Hardware to short to be easy

Needed to mate a new 3" downpipe to the stock cat and this reducer works perfectly when welded to the cat after cutting off the old soda straw stock VW downpipe. Super easy bolt-up.
