This is a handy gadget that works well and fits in any drawer! I don't like to buy more gadgets if I don't have drawer space, but begin flat, this fits anywhere. There are different size holes so you can strip quite an assortment of herbs. I particularly like it for thyme because I find that the thyme stalks are very fragile and often break while stripping them with my fingers. They strip pretty easily with the sturdy little metal device!

I purchased this item to speed up processing my power greens blend. I dehydrate greens such as kale, spinach, beet greens and chard. I use this tool to de=stem, storing the pretty much powdered greens in glass jars. The power greens blend is a great nutritional additive to almost anything. Greens are the easiest to grow and this system is perfect for easy processing and storage. I like that this little gadget is also going to assist with harvesting herbs for loose leaf tea. A very useful item!

For anyone who dries their own herbs to package for later or those who use fresh herbs for big events this little piece of metal is amazing. Push the stem in the hole slightly larger than the stem and pull........beats picking it off or stripping by hand. Quick, easy to clean and sits quietly in the drawer not taking up much room.

I bought it for a commercial kitchen use, works but not on the "larger scale" of herbs I pick. Helps mostly with picking thyme leaves quicker.

I've only use the tool for cilantro and it was not good. Also very time consuming. I'm returning it!

Heavy stainless steel - sure to outlast any plastic versions of this. Several different size holes and it got here 3 days earlier than expected. Look forward to using this in the fall when I start harvesting herbs. Thank you!
