These rails were packaged OK but, I would rather have had them packaged in stiff cardboard tubing. As far as quality, these rails and rail blocks are of high quality. Everything was packed in plastic bags and completely oiled for protection. The rail blocks are separate and with a special ball retainers for easy installation. The blocks run smoothly on the rails and have no noise and no play at all. I like the fact that there are two blocks per rail. Excellent job. 5 stars.

I bought these rails but when they arrived they were a bit larger than I expected and planned on returning them. These are HGH carriages and not the MGN type so they are much more robust. I am not going to return them and hold on to them for a future project. They are smooth and robust.

So far they look good, have not installed them yet. They feel alittle tight but this is the first time I've used this style of linear rails. I need to know where I can get the plastic bearing retainers so I can take the bearing blocks off the rails without loosing the bearings.

one bearing block found to be totally stiff and catches when pushed. Stiff enough to not move under its own weight. I have just found this out today, so nothing to it, I'll take it apart when I'll have the time for a deep clean and see how it goes, perhaps things pan out. Apart from that one thing, all things are good. EDIT>>>>>Supplier has contacted me with a solution as soon as he saw my post, and we are working upon an equitable solution. EDIT>>>>>the seller has offered what basically is a refund covering the faulty block, which I accepted. The refund has already arrived at my account. I have nothing but positive vibes for this seller.

On one rail the resistance with all blocks is amazingly horrible. The other rail seems to have been milled to work with the blocks as they will slide without much resistance. Maybe I missed it, is the rail meant to be a project of it's own? Carefully remove material and hone it down so the blocks will function? Some instructions would have been nice in that regard.

I've installed these on my custom cnc machine, and they work pretty good. The one issue I have is when sliding the connectors onto the rails you need to be very careful or bearings fall out (which you can put back in). Also some seem smoother than others for some reason.
