Whoever sharpened these needs to learn how to do their job. On 8 of the bars, there's no side relief. One has less than zero. All had the side cut really, really deep, to the point that there really isn't any material left to sharpen. What little there is will need to be sacrificed just to make them usable. Furthermore, the shape of the end is designed incorrectly. The material should fall away from the cutting edge. It doesn't. Absolute rubbish.
